Type 1 Door Re-Build Kit 69-79
Complete kit of rubbers to re-build both doors of your Beetle - suitable for models 1969-1979. Kit includes: 1/4 light seals, 1/4 light division bar seals, division bar felts, upper felt channels, felt channel clips, trim frames with outer scrapers, inner scrapers and the main door seals.
The trim frames are available either in black or chrome - please specify when ordering. (Photo shows black frame)

Interior Panel Set Indian Red & Ivory
Our own brand interior panel set. Supplied as a 12 piece kit for the full van with all fittings.
Our interior panels are mounted on Masonite boarding (not MDF board). Masonite is moisture and water resistent so the panels will not warp unlike mdf board does. The vinyl we use is a high marine-grade that is tough and wear resistent. All joins are heat-welded together and not simply glued.
The kit comprises: 2 front kick panels, 2 cab door panels, 2 side cargo door panels, large fixed side panel, 2 side 1/4 panels, 2 rear corner panels and back door panel. Available for LHD or RHD vans and for 55-62 or 63-67 models and with a choice fitting from original style 'cups & screws' or later style 'clips & bungs' - please specify these details when ordering.

Stainless Steel 2-Bow Roof Rack
Fully polished stainless steel 2-bow roof rack. Varnished wooden slats add that vintage feel. Split Bus IRS Axle Conversion Kit
This kit will convert your Split Van to Beetle based IRS rear suspension which will give a superior ride and better handling and will lower the rear suspension about 3 1/2 to 4 inches (short-travel shocks required).
The kit includes, new special length “floating” CV axles, special IRS control arm mounting clamps with appropriate hardware, new gold anodized special length spring plates, gearbox nosecone gasket, brake cable extension tubes and the instructions to complete the installation.
Please note: This is not a complete kit and will require other items available new or used depending on the year of your van, for example: the Beetle/Type 3 IRS gearbox, A-arms, C.V. joints and rear brakes.
